Selling your home can be stressful, not many enjoy it. My job is to make the sale of your exisiting home as stress free as possible. Whether you are an empty nester, relocating for work, upgrading your exisiting home, or selling to fit your growing family - I can help you along your way. I strive for excellent customer service and believe that I provide it every step of the process.


Pricing - I help accurately price your home given the current market conditions. I will provide you with recent sales data as well as comparable houses that have been just listed to help you get a better understanding of price.  


Advice - I will provide you with advice on what you can do to make your home more saleable and more attractive to potential buyers viewing your property.


Marketing - I market your property extensively online as I've found that that is where most buyers are now searching when looking for a new home.  Your home will be advertised on several websites and I purchase a domain name in your home's address along with google ad words so it never gets missed in a search by a potential buyer.  


Feedback - I will arrange all showings and provide you feedback with all showings in a timely manner. I will also send weekly updates and provide you with current market information and the number of viewings your listing has had on the various internet websites.  


Negotiate - I will negotiate the offer to get you the most money I can for you. You can assure that I will be on your side to get you top dollar.


Paper trail - I send all paperwork to the lawyer and your financial institution, striving to make the sale as stress free as possible.
